Leader is an air force general (basically an other-region counterpart to Skyla) that superficially has a flying theme in his first battle, but gives out a TM for Tri Attack (and all Pokemon know Tri Attack and spam it for STAB/status)
In his rematch, he's been promoted to general of all branches of the military and his Pokemon team is a reflection of all branches.
Army (land): Dugtrio
Navy (sea): Starmie
Air Force (sky): Dodrio
Cyber-intelligence (internet): Magneton
Space Force (space): Porygon2
Crusaders (religious): Togetic
Option exists to swap out Dugtrio for Hydreigon (since Hydreigon used to be a tank dragon, it'd be perfect), but I'm more keen on the idea of anyone thinking the rematch would be a repeat easy electric weak gets fucked up by Arena Trap Dugtrio in lead.
