Does that mean all Rhyhorn I catch now will have a max cp of about 500? I know cp of wilds Pokemon goes up when I level but what about the max potential cp? If I wait a few more levels will Rhyhorns have higher potential cp than this one too?
I'm level 17 fwiw. I'm right on the edge of being able to take gyms so I'm thinking evolving and powering this could help me.
