That would the "cafe" sign then read "G_TEA". But if that's the case, how come the Q-looking symbol in front of "Galar" represents "g"? And how come the V-looking symbol stands for the "U" in "League", but it stands for the "A" in "Game Freak"?
I feel like there's a lot of assumptions and contradictory information here. Maybe we're just overthinking this and GF didn't actually write a functional alphabet for this game.
