Is there just something we're not seeing or are they just fucking with us at this point? I assume they are because they're not even cutting mons to make the Galar region more unique- they lied to us on that front. Every Pokémon they've brought back so far is a series icon, which shows the opposite- they're doing this entirely for the brand to generate controversy. It's not the most solid theory in the world, but I feel it's something.
