The issue is that if I have time to write I feel guilty that I'm wasting it on something that's inevitably irrelevant, compared to something that could potentially be my way of supporting myself and let me quit my job and whatever.
Maybe if I was feeling burnt out with working on it, but whenever that happens I usually end up burnt out on writing in general.
