All type effects are doubled while this pokemon is out. If the pokemon is 2x weak to an attack, it is now 4x weak, if it's 4x resistance to an attack it is 8x weak, etc.
It'd be really awesome in double and trips, since you can score some easy kills, a solid 2x multiplier is stronger than Sheer Force+Life Orb, and frees your item slot. The only cost is, you have greater weaknesses and much, much weaker neutral attacks.
