Surge and Drayden maybe? 3D games made it a lot easier to tell who is and isn't tall, but the Subway Bosses were like a whole head above Cilan in the anime and they're pretty tall in Pokemon Masters too. Elesa is one of the taller characters in Masters (unless Classic Elesa is a womanlet next to SS Elesa, I forget) and they're about equal to her. I always figured they were 6'3'', personally.
