You're out of your mind. XY without the limitations of the 3DS could be incredible. Smooth out the visuals, better frame rate, bring back Megas, Triple Battles and Hordes. Tweak the Gym Battles like BDSP. Regional dex is already tight. This game doesn't even need that much fixing aside from the shit handheld performance.

I see this all the time and I don't get what it means.

I like Kalos' cities and landmarks a-lot. Much more attention to detail than past games since they're less abstract.

Kalos' radial map is really nice. It's a shame they had to undermine that because of muh smartphones.
