>>36504324You don't even need a huge map (that wouldn't be feasible for a single person). Just make one or two districts and add a park that works like a Safari Zone. And make sure it fill it to the brim with minigames (like casinos and whatnot), events, and secrets. Basically, it would be like merging Castelia City, Nimbasa City and a Safari Zone in one map, and letting the player explore the thing however they want. B&W was pretty great about how it portrayed those locations, despite them being very small in scale.
I doubt something like this could be achieved by hacking, this project would require full control over the assets and game mechanics.
