-Replace every other eeveelution hidden ability with the corresponding type's -elate and standard ability with one that restores HP/raises a stat when hit with its own type. I've always hated how unbalanced the abilities are. A little more uniformity will make them feel like eeveelutions and not standalone mons that they arbitrarily made into evos for eevee.
