Most agree Ghetsis lost his eye due to some kind of "training accident" with his Hydreigon (which explains why it knows Frustration, a move for Pokemon who REALLY fucking hate their trainers)
His lip and right arm are probably from the same incident, but I also read that it came from him getting too close to Kyurem and that fucked up half his body.
Also anyone think it's really cool that his "solid eye" is white in BW1 because he claimes to hold absolute truth but then it's black in BW2 because it's clear he's fighting for his own ideals? B&W has such amazing lore desu
