Tell me I'm not the only person to think about this. Does anyone have any better ideas to make the other status conditions more viable?

Would have access to swords dance, x-scissor, mega horn, sticky web, and an exclusive ice type move:

Move: Icy Fury
Physical
Power: 100
Accuracy: 100
PP: 10
Effect: 10% chance to freeze. Deals double damage to frozen targets, but thaws them out.

Would this pokemon be OP or terrible?
