1) People you know who also have good stuff to fight with
2) More than 2 lv40's in the lobby.
With #2 it's not a gauarentee that i'd be easy, but if they're that far into the game they at least have 6 legendaries. Otherwise, you should have a team ready at all times. It's your own fault at that point.
