>>27833472>But D.I provided an email in which fans could reach him at to see more of his general artworkThis is true. He even said people could bash him in there. This could have or could have not led to mishaps via email contacting.
>But he has never responded to anyoneIf he didn't, we probably wouldn't have gotten ahold of this particular image, which one anon said was drawn by him, which was delivered via email to the same. Although, this could have been something drawn by that very same anon, not sure. It has a similar feeling though, but at the same time, looks quite sketchy compared to everything else.
I know I happen to be one of possibly more people who has tried to reach him for a first time too. It's been eleven days now. Doesn't mean he might not respond, but it's certainly taking its time now.
>And he's literally disappeared off the face of the earth, with no other means to contact him or view his work (no tumblr, DA, etc.)Asides from his email, this is also true, which is why I find this all too strange too, but he said he had a reason, because he was under a contract in a company and could not show any work of his.
It's certainly interesting these somehow FIT, but this could have been the poses that mostly helped here. Also, if we look more carefully, the art the starters have here is actually 2D artwork or stills of their 3D in-game models, so the rest of the evolutions would certainly be in the same style.
This might be really far'fetched, but I've always noticed something off with one of the designs, which was Mega Juarfare. Its head shape looked really strange. Its posing too, I kept wondering how a artist could pull off such a awkward pose.
I'm beginning to think something 3D model related happened here, but I'm not sure. The eyes mostly reminded me of Talonflame's 3D model (it was one of the pokemon I had in my team in X). But this is all speculative and we shouldn't be jumping into any conclusions here.
