First of all, signature moves are a big deal to me. Having Bonemerang and thick club makes Cubone feel pretty badass, not to mention the fact that it wears the skull of its dead mother on its head until it evolves and just grows that as its new head. I liked Cubone in every gen and it has plenty of moves and good attack to back it up. Lanturn is a close second for its typing and movepool. Both of them look really cool to me.
