Why do people unironically think Dynamaxing is a good idea? Genuinely, I've seen people try to defend it with actual intent to do so, or im just bad at spotting bullshit all of sudden
View it like this, Dynamaxing something like Garchomp and Tyranitar benefits both of those much more than Dynamaxing literally anything else, Add to that, they now can set up a myriad of bullshit like terrain and stat boosts if they don't have weather already
Ferrothorn and Toxapex being in also doesn't help because it's nearly the exact same thing, Ferrothorn gets defense bonuses, sandstorms, grassy terrain and max protect, Toxapex sets up rain, whatever poison will set up, probably toxic spikes, and max forms of both recover and baneful bunker
Even if you use something like Gigantomax Corviknight to remove all the work those Dynamaxed mons set up, They still have 5 other pokemon that can then set that shit up still, and like dyna, giganto also lasts only 3 turns
Realistically speaking, why does anyone here genuinely think this as a good idea? there's literally zero benefits that shit mons get that actually high tier mons don't get either meaning you might as fucking well use that
So to those who genuinely think is a good idea, as small and near nonexistant as you are, What's your genuine argument for dynamaxing anything but your sweepers and walls?
