Zard #1 at 4 prizes needs 3 energy (raihan+basin+attach). Zard #2 at 3 prizes needs 2 energy. Zard #3 and #4 at 2 prizes needs 1 energy.
If it needed 3 energy every turn, it would be a shitty card like amazing reshiram. All this needs to do is stick basin 2 turns in a row in the middle of the game in order to swing for 250 damage 4 times.
If only we had an overused search energy that also augments your damage and provides an alternative attacker.
