I became a fanatic, truthfully. A true GenWonner. But I wouldn't have it any other way.
In many ways, nostalgia does take over and I wish I could be that bright eyed girl again with her Daddy in uniform smiling down though thinking back, I knew he was embarassed to be there. He wasn't into gaming, still isn't. But he was tolerant, even as I grew up to get a job in that industry.
I miss that amazing feeling that I got back then. It's somewhat still like that for me, but no where near how it was.
