The arms and back fin are nice and sturdy, the fins underneath his arms and on his tail have no padding though so they flop around if you move them, I guess it was too much effort to make them rigid enough to stay in place. It really isn't an issue though. Also his 'ears' are quite floppy, like a dog or something. As you can see in the pics they don't quite stay up like they should, again I think this was probably just a cost cutting measure, they could be made poseable if you opened him up and put some bendable wire inside.
