it's tied between Scrafty, Aggron and pic related for me
Scrafty because it's a badass in the main campaign since it gets Brick Break and then High Jump Kick at really good levels, and I just love using bulky attackers. Also all the reasons you posted.
Aggron because it saved my Black 2 run and soloed neo-Plasma, and it's a badass steel dinosaur. I also really like how its head kind of "peeks out" from under its mask as it evolves.
and Scolipede because it's just so cool, I mean come on, it's a horse centipede
