Suppose that some time in the future the Anime decides that Ash has earned the right to capture a legendary (only one though, he isn't a faggot like Tobias). Which legendary would it be and how would he earn the favour of said legendary? Furthermore what plotline would be going on during this arc? Additionally how will it be made that he can have this legendary without being overpowered himself, or is the reason he has said legendary to show how powerful he is? Also why would Ash feel like he deserved to be a holder of the Legendary; when would he call upon the legendary's divine might to smite those who oppose him, would there be cases after he caught the legendary that the legendary would refuse to fight? If so what would those cases be and could the legendary be convinced to fight?
Easy mode: Any legendary
Hard mode: No legendary on the basis of affection (you know what I mean by this)
Insane mode: No legendary that already has any sort of ties to Ash. AKA you must make up everything and try to make it not come of Mary-Sueish or phoned in and still have it be reasonable.
