White: Interesting new Pokemon to meet. You won't be seeing any old generation Pokemon at all as you go through the game to get to the Elite Four.
White 2: It's a sequel pretty much to White and it explains what happens to Team Plasma after White. There's improved options such as a question popping up if you still want to use Repel after you used it. You'll be meeting old and new Pokemon, they start you off in these new towns, and there's a Pokemon World Tournament (PWT) so you can battle the gym leaders and more from the other regions.
I would say go with White so you can experience all these new Pokemon and see how you like it.
