During Truant turns you can still use Sleep Talk, Slack Off is changed to a move that can only be used while a Pokemon is "resting" like Snore and Sleep Talk. Negative changes: Wake-Up Slap, Nightmare, Dream Eater... etc. now work when it is slacking off
