Stantler: Give it an auto-trick room ability and just give it all around better stats.
Girafarig: Make it Dark/Psychic, give it decent bulk and SpA kind of like Grumpig has, make its ability Contrary or something related to its weird body plan.
Sunflora: Just give it some other fucking moves and make it less slow.
Shuckle: It wants HP so badly.
Smeargle: It just needs +50 in basically every stat. It still wouldn't be good enough to run attacking sets but it also wouldn't be one of the most pathetically weak pokemon ever stat-wise.
