It's pretty likely that Nintendo will implement their hack check for Wonder Trade, meaning only hacked Pokemon that are within the realms of possibility can get passed. You wont be able to tell the difference.
Hacked Pokemon also wont have an impact on online battles considering you can easily breed your own perfect IV Pokemon if you're autistic enough and have an hour to waste.
