>>36402642Before training you should always consider for what format you want it for, and also for what purpose you're gonna use it, you know, singles, doubles, smogon formats, etc.
Also from my past usage of Treecko you either want one with Modest, Timid or at most a nature that lets you go somewhat mixed, like Naive and such.
And for the EVs like I said depends on what you want it for, I've even seen a set for VGC with a Timid nature and a spread of EVs: 60 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA / 12 SpD / 180 Spe which is enough speed to outspeed Timid Tapu Koko considering you're gonna mega evolve it, and enough Defensive stats to tank some common attacks. If you're thinking of more singles oriented ones then maybe something like a Treecko that has max speed and SpA and a HP Fire to not be walled by ferrothorn and friends would be better.
