Base 45 on something meant to be a wall is pathetic

It has almost every other physical punch move. Give it a little way to recover it's self outside of held items

Pressure and frisk don't do shit on it. I had the idea to give it an ability to heal 10% maybe 15% of all physical damage it deals and it fits thematically with it being the equivariant of the Pokémon Grim reaper
