And it doesn't bring anything else good to the table otherwise.
Its original stats are some of the worst ever for a fully evolved mon. It actually got the biggest stat buff in the series back when GF when through and buffed a few mons.
Worse in Gen 3, where you were most likely to use it, its only good attacking move was Aerial Ace.
Gen 4 at least gave it Air Slash/Bug Buzz, but then introduced Yanmega, that is basically Cooler Masquerain.
