>>27619487The issue is exposure and location. If old pokemon pop up in new games it gives people fuck all incentive to actually try out the new pokemon. People will harken back to how familiar and safe the old pokemon are and won't experiment more often than not. Also the fact that a pikachu showing up in Unova if its only indigenous to Kanto and Johto is fucking retarded.
