And that's not what I wanted.
I'm still a bit nervous, of course. Ruby and Sapphire themselves weren't exactly what you'd call the best Pokemon games. Quite frankly I was baffled by all the hype to start with. "YES WE GET TO GO TO THE BEST REGION!"
Sales for Gen III were shit, and I recall many people complaining about Hoenn, and its Pokemon. There were complaints about the font, complaints about the lack of day/night (mostly by me) and the low quality of the PokeNav compared to the PokeGear (also me).
The fonts are better, we get nighttime, and we get a TV. Except for Match Call, I've seen everything to suggest my requirements have been filled. I don't think it'll be as good as HeartGold and SoulSilver. But I don't think it'll be as bad as Ruby and Sapphire. And that gives me hope.
