>>56759752Thanks! Seaglass is super fun. I love that it has a lot of features that make the game "easier" but more in a QOL way such as viewing EVs/IVs, Nature Mints being available at the flower shop, and the ever-expanding TM shop/Exp Candy Shop/Ability Patches/Ability Capsules. The variety of Pokemon and inclusion of lots of the "expanded" gen 1-3 dex really makes it comfy too.
I added some homebrew rules for this particular run
>Standard Nuzlocke death rules>Nicknames a must, obviously>Revives found on the ground can be used to revive a Pokemon if that Pokemon has not left my party since it fainted (Max: 1 per pokemon)>Revival Blessing is allowed, but it can only be used once and only in the same battle that the pokemon fainted (I also permabox the one who used it)>Can only catch Shiny Pokemon>Can only catch 1 Shiny of each evolution line>Shiny Pokemon can be traded in for more randomly generated Pokemon either from the Littleroot Gamecube or the Wishing Well (functional backups to make up for my lack of pokemon variety)>Only 10 nature mints can be bought in the entire runI like giving myself hoops to jump through, and it motivates me to use the DexNav for EVs since shinies are a natural result of that. In fact, I currently have 4 shinies, one Zigzagoon that I didn't grind for, a Sentret, Yanma, and Bellsprout which all took about a chain of 30-100. A second shiny Bellsprout dropped, but I just killed it because it doesn't count.
