Starter pokemon are very rare pokemon that you can't find anywhere within the region itself. As such, their final evolutions' designs should be more grand to me. But Typhlosion honestly looks like a pokemon that you can find and catch in late game route. It has nothing going on except for the flames on it's back. Arcanine looks more grander than him.
