This isn't a real complaint but I don't quite get ojou-sama Misty. It just feels like Kusaka possibly really likes that type of girl as a character type and so tries to stick it into the plot wherever he can, since in the same arc he also does something similar with Erika (which makes more sense based on her personality in the games), and of course Platinum exists. I guess the real point of them was the plot needed someone else for Red to talk about Misty to and kind of uncharacteristically be a mega dick about her while doing so, and so he created the maid moeblob NPC army. The mansion feels kind of overly detailed compared to the art style of the rest of this arc and it makes the chapter almost hard to read visually, like the simplistic characters get drowned out by the weirdly elaborate backgrounds.
I sort of complained about this already but all this kind of creates the effect that this part of Special has times where the chapter taken as a whole isn't bad, but it's like half is kind of dull setup heavy on the NPCs (Red brags to a bunch of maids) and then the other half's actually interesting and solid uses of the major game characters (Misty gets pissed off and kicks his ass). It's like when RGB chapters open in the middle of a fight scene or whatever continued from the last chapter they're more likely to be good and interesting from start to finish, while when they don't it's more of a tossup.
also feels weird to make Cerulean like Venice when that feels more appropriate for Vermilion, Cerulean gives more beach town vibes
