There are too many things like this that would be too complicated to sort out. It is much better and easier to leave things they way they are.That's incredibly lazy thinking. Usage tiers and ban lists aren't the same fucking thing in the slightest. Treating Ubers the same as OU (BL the same as UU, etc.) when only one of those two permanently removes Pokemon from the tier below it doesn't make any sense at all.
