If a Raticate has the ability Joey it will immediately transform into Joey-Raticate upon being sent into battle.

Ability: (Note: Joey-Raticate will have a different ability upon transformation unlike Ash-Greninja)

The unbreakable bond between its trainer doubles the stats that the pokemon has mastered.
(ie; if max friendship, this ability doubles the stat that the pokemon has maxed it's EV on)
Caveats:
-Joey-Raticate will transform back into Raticate upon fainting and cannot be turned back into Joey-Raticate during the course of the battle.
-This pokemon was made exclusively for Joey and cannot be found in the wild
-Joey's Raticate with the ability Joey will always have 252 Attack / 252 speed EV and max friendship with its trainer.
-How to get: Each Rattata with max friendship has 1/1256000 chance of evolving into a Raticate with the ability Joey
