Does Pokemon just slide by from brand naming alone? I swear, it'd be considered unacceptable if any other series removed as many features as Pokemon did. The shift from 5->6 and 6->7, or even 2->3 has so many good features and content removed, and nobody says anything about it. The only time it felt like people actually got upset was when ORAS gutted Emerald's Frontier, and even then ORAS still did well sales-wise.
