Also the anon I was responding to asked me what the color of grass was where I lived, so I thought I'd elaborate on the point I was making, which is that the grass in the original games was oversaturated to begin with. Even Verdanturf Town, which is named after its mint-green grass in Japanese, isn't so violently green.
