If Gen 8 is actually a solid core game and stays true to pokemon, I'd be happy with the separation desu and LGPE would sit better with me. Especially if they actually took on the switch and fully utilized it for a kick ass game, but knowing gamefreak I'd settle for what could be a solid 3DS installment on the switch.
