>>44662698Electivire’s fingers are my main problem with it but overall I think it’s a fine design. Magmortar to me just doesn’t look like it belongs to the same family as Magmar. Other than the leg shape and general color scheme they’re just so different. I’m one of the few people who really loved Magmar a lot in gen 1, and Magmortar was such a disappointment. If it just looked a BIT more like Magmar I’d probably like it considerably more.
That said, I don’t outright hate it or anything and I can see why others might like it more, but given the choice I’ll always use Magmar.
