I know there is an increased chance for outbreaks to happen in your general area. But can they actually happen on your exact very location?
Because I've rerolled for three hours to no avail.
It worked for the previous pokemon I were hunting but now, and I am thinking if this was the issue. That the spawning area is too small and that I planted myself right there.
