I can guarantee you that that weavile does not need your permission and by asking you this question is merely a courtesy not to upset your fragile trainer ego. The sneasel/weavile species can snatch, steal, pillage, plunder, and commandeer whatever it likes at a moments notice because of its keen intellect and sharp instincts that allow it to survive in the harshest conditions. If opportunities are not readily available, it will create one. You best watch your back if your greed does not address this allowance.
