It's a 3-stage Fire starter line based on Sagitarius.
The first stage is a small centaur pony, having an upper body like Ralts from the waist up and a small pony for the horse-half with some fuzziness like a shetland pony, a round, cute face like Diancie and horse braids like pigtails and horse ears, and a fiery tail. Floating behind and above its head is a flame about half the size of the head. The coloration would be reddish-brown for the fur/hair with cream or off-white for the upper body/skin, and bright orange-red for the flaming tail but pinkish-red for the floating flame. Pure Fire type.
The second stage has horse-half proportions like a newborn horse and upper-half proportions like Kirlia from the waist up and a face that's slightly more elongated at the nose(like Vulpix) and with smaller eyes and slightly taller ears. The flaming tail should be longer and sleeker looking, the floating flame is now a spinning orb of fire the size the head with a ring of flame around it, the horse braids are now more like 2 ponytails in the back(one above the other, not side-by-side), the hooves look like honey topaz, the upper body is still cream or off-white colored and the hair is still reddish-brown but now the stomach of the horse half is also cream or off-white. It now has a basic-looking bow(like Robin Hood's in the animated Disney movie) made of orange-red fire(with no string). It pulls fiery arrows from the orb floating behind it like an unending quiver. Fire/Fairy type.
