Lucario is shit tier, frog guy is too new and undeserving.
Brosparce has unlimited potential for smash, being so low to the ground makes him hard to hit, while his down+B can have him burrow underground then launch up under his opponent to knock them up to start a combo.
Up+B can let us finally see his wings at work, too. His grapple can be like Glare, since he has no arms, to show him stunning his target before Headbutting them in the throw direction. Since he can dig with his Down+B, his ledge hold would just be his tail lodged into the corner, making it easier to recover if you are facing the wrong way.
I hope to see this in an upcoming Smash game, I feel it would bring in a large crowd, doubling or even tripling their revenue.
