>>49423572Well its a strong mon for the early game. When I used one in Crystal, its HP stat was so huge that hardly anything I ran into could really threaten it, Though its own offensive power was pretty limited thanks to a shit movepool.
Definitely a later-game mon, but I don't see why it should have to be postgame. Maybe after 4-5 badges or so.
