First of all, such mechanics don't make a game. Second, gen 3 was essentially way more balanced and interesting than gen 2 ever was as a game, exploration-wise or story-wise.
Then, saying the distribution is shit when Johto is way worse is a joke and shows how clueless you are about game design.
