At least they showed some modicum of self-control by having pika actually lose after the "dude guise lmao remember the "no faint for friendship" thing" gag went on forever, especially after it was made very clear that pika and eevee have plot armor.
Can't wait for their next animation, where Lucario gets an undeserved edge over another Pokemon because he has more results on e621 than the other one.
