I know we already have Voltorb and Foongus, but I've still always wanted a classic RPG treasure chest mimic. Maybe make it a Rotom style one-time encounter in some forgotten castle basement, and have its Pokedex entry talk about how it's been considered extinct since people started storing their items in pokeballs.
