Though mostly a defensive stand, the orbs inside can use telekinesis to a range of about 4 meters, as well as mind powered pulses (not to damaging, can dent a car at least but greatly fatigues the mind of whoever it hits, creating migraine symptoms)
Weakness would be that the user is slower whilst encased, and the orbs are a main weakpoint; very susceptible to damage, can be hit through the gel with bullets or something piercing, and maybe if the gel is hit hard enough the pressure would reach them.
