>>52122397>>52124575I used to be exactly like you but then SwSh came out and don't want to spend a dime on GF anymore since. Emulating SV right now allows you to do smooth 4K and unlike the Switch you'll experience no frame drops if you have a decent PC. It takes half an hour at most to setup even if you're a complete noob. You can always hack your Switch too.
I migrated as many Pokémon as I could from HOME and now store my mons as files on my PC, meaning I can store more than the mere 6,000 that HOME allows and I can bring them back to their original games (requires a bit of autistic tinkering though).
The online stuff you can do on SV is useless, you can just walk around your friends and strike poses but that's it. You can't battle wild mons nor do the story points together. All of my points fall flat if you want to battle online or for some reason care about raid battles though.
