What follows is Rapidash feebly hitting Le Bello with Take Down or Dazzling Gleam while he sets up an Iron Defense, 6 Calm Minds and a Substitute.
After a final Take Down, Flash Cannon takes out the horse.

Le Bello comes in, and it sets up Aqua Ring.
Le Bello sets up 3 Iron Defenses and then goes for the 6 Calm Minds(thanks to still using Flash Cannon, which I just realized after starting the battle is not very effective against Water-types, otherwise 3 would probably have been fine).
To accomplish this, I set up a few Subs during these turns of boosting.
Then I wait to finish Seaking off until it manages to break the most recent sub, allowing me to set up a new one(and heal with Leftovers).
I finally take it out with two Flash Cannons.

It gets a Max Darkness off, then Flash Cannon finishes the battle.
